Working in the field of performance improve- ment for 30+ years, Marybeth has consulted
with over 100 organizations in strategic planning, team building and the design/delivery of executive leadership learning processes. Marybeth left her 25+ year role as an executive in a consulting firm to launch Mastery Squared in 2013.  She is currently spending her free time in workshops learning about neuroscience and meditation or golfing (enthusiastically but not skillfully) on Kauai.

A senior executive with three decades of financial and business leadership, Susan has a successful track record of managing organizations through rapid growth and other complex challenges. Susan has extensive experience as a C-level operating executive, an investment banking partner, board member, and investor.  Susan has an MBA from Stanford. In her free time, she can be found biking to the top of mountains and traveling the world!

Kris Downing-Sorgen

Working in the leadership development field for
25+ years as a Vice President with the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the world’s largest leadership development institutions, Kris provided expertise in strategic innovation and product development. Now, she enjoys designing and facilitating strategy sessions with executive teams/boards and executive coaching. Kris has an MBA from Wake Forest University and is an adjunct instructor at the university level.  An avid tennis player, she misses many matches these days while renovating her tiny mountain cottage in Virginia.

Cate Sabatini

As an executive coach, Cate focuses upon the

She has an MA from Johns Hopkins School (International Studies) and is an improvisational actor and an enthusiastic, but sporadic, writer!

She can be counted on for humor, honesty, and directness in the service of bringing out the best in others.
